ice365 Terms & Conditions for Bangladesh Players

Section 1

General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between ice365 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you") who accesses, registers on, or uses the ice365 website located at ice365.app and any associated mobile-optim ised applications or services provided thereunder. By accessing the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

ice365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and shall be interpreted exclusively in accordance with their English-language text. In the event of any discrepancy arising from a translation or summary of this Agreement, the English-language version shall prevail.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the ice365 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which their account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Persons under the age of 18 are absolutely prohibited from registering an account or accessing any paid features of the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and you have independently verified that your participation is lawful under the laws applicable to your location.
• You are not employed by, nor an immediate family member of an employee of, ice365 or any of its affiliated game providers, payment processors, or technology partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or barred from the Platform, and you are not subject to any court-ordered restriction on gambling activities.

ice365 employs Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures to confirm the age and identity of all players prior to processing any withdrawal request. You may be required to submit government-issued photographic identification, proof of address dated within three months, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

Where ice365 reasonably suspects that a registered player is under the age of 18, the Platform reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, withhold any balance pending verification, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required. Any deposits made by an underage user are non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Section 3

Account Registration

To access the full range of ice365 services, including real-money gaming and sports betting, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or other registered payment method.

You warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and accurate, and you undertake to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it current. ice365 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep account details up to date.

• Each individual is permitted to maintain only one registered account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single person, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• You must notify ice365 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account by contacting [email protected].
• ice365 will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from ice365 that solicits your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.
• Account registration and use are personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account to any other person under any circumstances.

ice365 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole and absolute discretion, without being required to provide reasons for such refusal.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

ice365 processes all financial transactions exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported deposit and withdrawal channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard where applicable. The availability of specific payment channels may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. Deposits via bKash and Nagad typically reflect within 60 seconds of confirmation. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash and Nagad withdrawals: processed within 1 hour during operational hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• Bank transfer withdrawals: processed within 1 to 3 business days subject to the receiving institution's clearing schedule.
• Rocket and Upay withdrawals: processed within 2 hours during operational hours.
• First-time withdrawals may be subject to additional KYC verification, which may extend processing time by up to 24 hours.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to fund the account or that has been verified in the player's name during the KYC process. ice365 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Any attempt to withdraw funds to an account not registered in your own name will result in the transaction being declined and may trigger a fraud investigation.

ice365 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider — including bKash, Nagad, or your bank — may apply their own transaction fees, over which ice365 has no control. Players are responsible for any such third-party charges.

Section 5

Bonus & Promotion Terms

ice365 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal campaign bonuses tied to events such as BPL cricket season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Bangladesh Independence Day (March 26). All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, which apply in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

• Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible for a 100% deposit match bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. This bonus is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Wagering Requirement: Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games and certain table games may contribute between 10% and 50%. Scratch cards and instant games may contribute 0%. Specific contribution rates are listed on the Promotions page.
• Bonus Validity: All bonuses must be used within 30 calendar days of being credited to your account, unless a different expiry period is specified in the promotion. Unused bonuses expire without replacement.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While an active bonus is credited to your account, the maximum single bet permitted across all game types is ৳500 per round or spin, regardless of your balance. Bets exceeding this limit during active bonus play may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time. Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion.
• ice365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus claimed in bad faith, or through exploitation of a technical error, will be voided.

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, the use of coordinated betting strategies to artificially fulfil wagering requirements at minimal risk, or any other activity that ice365 determines to constitute misuse of a promotional offer, will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses, cancellation of associated winnings, and permanent account closure.

Section 6

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the ice365 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with ice365 support staff.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime activity. ice365 is obligated to report any suspicious transaction activity to relevant authorities.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in any game or platform component for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a manner that bypasses or circumvents normal human gameplay.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker, live baccarat, or any multi-player game environment.
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure, servers, or data systems, including through denial-of-service attacks, SQL injection, or any other malicious method.
• Registering an account if you are currently self-excluded from any gambling platform or if you are subject to any legal prohibition on gambling activity.
• Using the Platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.

ice365 employs real-time fraud detection and game integrity monitoring systems. All player activity is subject to ongoing review. Where irregular patterns of play are identified, ice365 reserves the right to freeze the relevant account and conduct a full investigation before any funds are released.

Section 7

Account Suspension & Closure

ice365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time, and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by the Platform.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Suspicion that the account holder is under the age of 18.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from your payment provider.
• Identification of duplicate accounts linked to the same player.
• Any other circumstance in which ice365 reasonably determines that continued operation of the account presents a legal, financial, or reputational risk to the Platform.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, ice365 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending the outcome of an internal investigation. If the investigation concludes that funds were obtained through prohibited conduct, those funds will be forfeited. Legitimate balances, where no breach is established, will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 10 business days.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account for any reason, including responsible gaming concerns, may do so by contacting our support team at [email protected]. We will process the account closure request within 48 hours and return any verified balance to the registered payment method. Players who wish to self-exclude on responsible gaming grounds are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tools available in account settings prior to initiating closure.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ice365 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, technology partners, and game providers shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Any financial loss incurred as a result of gambling activity on the Platform, including losses from bets, wagers, or game play of any kind.
• Loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business, or any indirect or consequential loss, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
• Any error, malfunction, or inaccuracy in game software provided by third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any delay in the processing of deposits or withdrawals attributable to your payment service provider, banking institution, or the bKash, Nagad, or Rocket platforms.

Where ice365's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be limited to the net deposits made to your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.
